live look at the schuylkill expressway.g away from the camera headed westbound out toward belmont. see the flares down here, and that's kind of slowing us down little bit. >> i95, same deal, volume building as we head south in toward center city philadelphia. some good news, septa has some problems this morning but everything repaired, subway surface trolleys back to normal. the rest of mass transit running with no delays this morning. now, in center city walnut st. blocked, between 12th and 13th, from flooding, in one of the buildings there, so market street would be your best alternate, instead of walnut for the first part of the morning rush hour, a lot of situations, a lot of intersections, traffic lights out. one of the big ones here, the roosevelt boulevard at mascher, now, there is no cross-traffic permitted at mascher. so you will need to use rising sun avenue, and for everyone coming in from new jersey maybe right back from the shore, some extra volume along that 42 freeway as you work your way in toward the bridge
