randy gyllenhaal is live along the schuylkill expressway with the latest. three people in the hospital, randy? >> reporter: yeah, a really tough accident here. police say the three young victims all adults in their 20s, they were driving west here on on the schuylkill expressway when police say another car hit them and then took off leaving behind a fiery wreck. state police actually saw the aftermath of this crash on their traffic cameras. this accident was in the westbound lanes near the montgomery drive exit. heavy black smoke and fire pouring into the air. the victim's car was up in smoke. they were able to run out of the burning car. all three had minor injuries. they were taken to the hospital. and police are now searching for the other car and as well the driver. right now they don't have a description, but police will be looking at those traffic cameras as they continue this investigation. for now we're live along the schuylkill expressway, randy gyllenhaal, nbc 10 news. >>> and we are coming off of a busy night at the trump white house with three m

code yellow right now on the schuylkill expressway.one on the westbound travel time at 23 minutes. that's about a 10 minute delay and it's all because of a a lot of volume and congestion heading westbound from the boulevard out to gladwyne. doesn't help us out that they did some more milling work overnight so you have a lane that's milled a lane that's not milled. of course they're different heights so as people go to change lanes it's kind of a rough situation. schuylkill expressway westbound at this point the lanes are opened but an awful a lot of traffic traveling between the boulevard and gladwyne with some single digit speeds by city avenue. just 7 miles per hour. speeds are also dropping by now of course along 95 as you head southbound from bridge street into girard. a lot of them in the 30's and just off 95 in queen village still have columbus boulevard mostly blocked off on the southbound side, only one lane gets by so you do see delays there during the rush hours. had a couple broken down vehicles early this morning in montgom
