seventy-four for wood wine and sea isle city. humidity is on the high side. anytime we have dew points in the 07's from the i-95 corridor, areas south and east, still oppressive but middle and lower 60's across northwest suburbs. humidity will be lowering throughout the day tomorrow. if you look at the dew point scales, how it will feel tomorrow, we've got a comfortable air mass on the way because dew point numbers will be in the lower 60's and upper 50's across the region. nice and refreshing. the here's satellite six with action radar, is there center of the storm or trailing cold front that is moving on through. out to the west though we will notice clear skies for great lakes and ohio valley, we will tap into a piece of that weather as early as tomorrow. sun take looks like this. cold front dips down to the south and east. there is high pressure over ohio valley. we have northwesterly wind around that ridge of high pressure. high temperature in fill 586 still warm but humidity will be lowering with that northwesterly win at ten to 20 e area we have lower

and 85 in cinnaminson and vineland and 82 in sea isle city and 85 in smyrna, delaware. how about the dew points? it feels great in the lehigh valley, they are low into the 50s. just barely 50 there in reading, yesterday we had dew points in the 70s. that is a huge change from the oppressive humidity we had. and 60 in philadelphia and cape may feeling sticky with a 70 degree dew point. but that will change and get comfortable for everyone. take a dip in the pool and lots of sunshine and much less humid at 2:00 we hit 88 degrees and the high is 84 and we hit it at 3:00 and hold at that at 4:00 p.m. tonight is a great night, comfortable with clear moon lit skies, some of the out lying suburbs are in the low 60s. feeling great overnight. i want to show you this looking at the five-day heat wave with yesterday's high of 96, we have heat like this even more so coming right back at you. here is the seven-day forecast, the break you want to enjoy because it doesn't last long. >> all right karen thank you. keep up with the latest on the weather by following our meteorologists on

this eyewitness cam video shows somebody baking threw -- biking through a flooded road in sea isle city. how is that for a morning commute? cbs-3 viewer sent in these pictures, see the water up to the wheel wells of cars out on the street. let's get a look at today's forecastment meteorologist, katie fehlinger out on the cbs-3 skydeck to tell us what we can expect. >> brooke, thankfully any flashflood watches, flood advisories, all of that and including the actual precipitation itself has since long moved out to sea and we expect to see things clear up. getting brighter on the skydeck, i wish i had my shades with me, also starting to heat up now that the clouds are starting to break. the one thing not going away right now is that humidity. let me take you out to storm scan very briefly, this is three hour loop, see retreat, speedy retreat, and now really just left with clouds, that continue to thin. so it is a little breezy out here, but again, you're not going to see too much of a cool down take place, or any kind of refreshment might be better way of putting it. it will still be hot.

again it's approaching also sea isle city a pretty nasty storm over the bay heading towards cape playain, no longer severe but expect strong winds vivid lightning and brief heavy torrential rain. as we head up into the lehigh valley a couple storms trying to pop here. most of these are just downpours at the present time but movg into areas that were hit very hard this afternoon with one to 2 inches of rain in allentown and more rain beginning to head in towards schnecksville approaching alntown a bethlehem. only one lightning strike in that cluster in the la15 minutes. here are some of the storm reports. pretty spotty. wilmington 54-mile wind gusts with trees down. south allentown 62 miles an hour wind gusts and haverford township tree limbs down there. 53 miles per hour wind gusts in fortescue and blackwood new jersey 47 miles an hour winds as the storms passed through. this does break an end to heat wave to number three for the year. it started on thursday. 96 degrees. we are at 92 on friday as well as sunday and today matching the first day of the heat wave of 96 well above the nor

sea isle city picking up 1.8 inches, pick up shy of three, in dover, delaware, a testament to the fact that the bulk of the really heavy rain ended up falling primarily south of philadelphia. but now you can see, looking at three hour loop here, it is out of here, now, we may ends up with lingering shower certainly, but overall, skies have cleared out, you have got handful of clouds here and there, but it is nice bright afternoon, for most of you. and because it is still just touch humid, because we are seeing the clouds break, it does feel a little bit hotter than the thermometer officially reads, hey, at least it doesn't feel like it is in the 90s anywhere, dover, those poor folks dealing with triple digit values for the last several days. that's now wiped clean. now the atmosphere, unfortunately, isn't wiped clean. because we are going to still have to deal with additional rounds of unsettled weather, looking ahead to the weekends. but for now you can expect some sun, some clouds perhaps left over shower, generally if you have outdoor plans, you wanted to get out for the rest of the

it's clearing in sea isle city. bright sunshine as the last few clouds move through philadelphia. no sign of any showers or thunderstorms today. no sign of the high heat or the really high humidity seen recently. it will be a warm one. near 90 this afternoon. sunshine will be bright through the day. tomorrow morning, cooler, 66 degrees. that's with drier air in place. the humidity comes down. another nice day for tomorrow. but then it's a warming trend. for thursday, 92 degrees. the high temperature and then the numbers soar at the end of the week. friday afternoon, starting off in the 70s. an indication of more humidity back into the area. and even steamier on saturday. look at saturday afternoon. 98 degrees and into the up every 90s with sunshine again on sunday. come monday, we start to see the temperatures lower a bit. but still high heat at 94 degrees. then a chance of some showers and thunderstorms to keep the temperatures a little lower for tuesday, wednesday and thursday. afternoon temperatures into the very low 90s. >>> bill, thank you so much. nbc 10 needs your help reco
