i wanted you all to welcome sean burke who is sitting right here. and we finally did it. we hired a new, sound inspector and so here he is today was literally his first day and so i am going to ask you to not ask the questions about venues does not know yet but he is going to learn and you guys are welcome to, you know, say nice things, or welcome him, in some way. and he is going to get right to it. so, i am just glad that we finally got someone in the chair over there and now i am going to work on the second position that is available. also, i wanted to remine the commission again, the retreat, i finally got the date settled which is march 29th, which is going to be half a day on saturday, the location is still tba but put that in your calendars and hold sort of the 9 a.m. to the noon or one. and open for that retreat and if any, if there are a few among you who have not been to one yet. and so you will find it fun, i think. and the summit is schedule for april 27th, and i know that is close together, but it worked out for the auditor um where we will be taking this wil
