that's what a judge decided today about a woman who is accusing rapper sean diddy combs of assault. the woman sued combs earlier this month under the alias jane doe. she accused him of raping her in a manhattan hotel back in 2004. doe said it happened during an after party at the marriott in brooklyn, and that combs locked her inside a bedroom and forced her to drink and do drugs, and then assaulted her. but she wants to remain anonymous. a judge today said doe must reveal her name or her lawsuit will be thrown out. the judge said doe did not prove she would be in danger if publicly named. this comes while combs awaits trial in federal prison on charges that include sex trafficking and racketeering. the attorneys for combs have denied those allegations. the judge gave the accuser until november 13th to file a complaint in her own name, or her case will be dismissed. a family tragedy at niagara falls. a mother and her two kids went into the falls. it happened monday night at the popular viewing spot right there. it's next to the famous tourist attraction called caves of the winds. po
