that means that the democrats now have 49 democratic senators, the republicans have 49 senators. there are two senate races still not yet decided, one in nevada where we are still getting some numbers tonight, and then the other one, december 6th in georgia will be the runoff race between senator raphael warnock and herschel walker. about a, you have senator cortez masto running against laxalt. those numbers have moved somewhat in the democrats favor tonight, but there are more numbers to come. president biden has set a record by getting 83 federal judges confirmed at this point in his presidency, including one supreme court justice, ketanji brown jackson. that's taken control of the senate is a possibility that a senate led by mitch mcconnell would not confirm another biden judge for the next two years. but if democrats control the senate, president biden will no doubt continue to break new records in the number of judges he nominates, and gets confirmed by a democratic senate. joining us now is minnesota senator, she is a member of the senate judiciary committee. thank you very much for joining us
