sergio quintana is live with the details. >> reporter: there were three bee coins colonies that were relocate and the last of the three was removed from the farm. the big reason is because this farm is really easily accessible by just about everyone. they say vandals think they're not going to get caught. right now all of the three bee colonies will be a community farm enclosed by chain link fence so there is some security, but this is a spot that has been attacked before, and in fact these bees were moved to this farm because someone attacked the hives with pesticide in 2010. the beekeepers say they have kept good with the residents and -- >> the forest of the urbanite knocked the five boxes off the bottom board, and they were just sort of hanging only because of the chain. >> reporter: these are photos taken by bee cause of the damage the colonies two queens were killed in the attack so the hives are being rehabilitated. the vanlz struck here at the farm a couple of weeks ago. in the attack they destroyed $100 of equipment and lost 85-pound of happy, about $1,600 worth of product.
