we're seeing the heavier part of it with the downpours just to the west of severna park right around doors corner. this is moving off to the east- northeast only at about 10 miles per hour. let's switch it over and show you because we've had a couple of other thunderstorms around earlier today. those made their way off to the north making their way through the city off into pennsylvania. at this point, winds are generally out of the south push in that dresh slowly. there is a flash flood warning in effect for maryland. if any more thunderstorms form and move in that direction, they will put down a lot of rain because there's a lot of moisture in the air. dew points are in the 70s. that's really tropical outside. they are just so thick outside. temperatures have come down with the thunderstorm going through to 76 in baltimore. 82 degrees right now at the ocean, and 86 in cull berland. here -- cumberland. here's the storm that moved through yesterday. it's close enough that a few thunderstorms have started to form. as this moves closer, the strong storms could become severe. any watche

it's in anne arundel county in severna park in fact. it's an overturned truck.own jumper hole road. as for the alternate ritchie highway, it's going to be problem-free. they're a much better bet 4 this morning. heading on 97, no problems to complain about, on either the southbound lanes or northbound stretch heading toward 695. in the southwest corner on 295 right at the 695 exit, here it is, and some moderate congestion on the southbound lanes, but very light activity. the cars are zipping along, it's going to be a breeze on the northbound lanes heading toward baltimore city. 95 is a bit heavy there on the northbound lanes from 695 up toward 395 and we do have some trouble on the northbound stretch. there's a disabled car and now this takes out the right lane at eastern avenue. so 895 and 695 around the key bridge are better bets for the alternates. there's an accident in the same vicinity in dundalk avenue that is right at kane street. that's a look at the morning travels. patrice, and megan, back to you. >>> thank you so much, candace. coming up next save som
