>> right now at sfo it is great. across the nation the new numbers show 238 flights that have been delayed. last night at sfo, that was a different story, flights were delayed up to hour fours causing a ripple effect so many will not be able to leave sfo until today. this is what we are talking about. many travelers were stuck at the airport. incoming and outgoing flights were delayed two or three hours. it is considered to be the busiest days at sfo. the delays were because of the heavy wind and rain that stopped and started all day sunday. dozens of travelers delayed from evening hours after they were supposed to leave. >> a sour net to end on. especially without my bag. the plane was this but they said because of a power delay we could not get on. >> officials say sunday after thanksgiving is the busiest days of year with 140,000 people moving through the airport. it is showing flight departure and arrival all is clear. a lot of people stuck here yesterday will be happy to know they can get home to their loved one

fefb the sfo -- they have the sfo international airport lit up in the holiday colors and they are expecting to see that holiday travel start to ramp up, actually, it started on friday and will culminate on tuesday when they expect to see the business yesterdayest travel day -- buzz yesterdayst travel day -- busiest travel day of the season. there are ground glachls because of weather. they expect to see delays somewhere in the 30 to 45-minute range which isn't unusual this time of year but expect to see about 66,000 people leaving the airport today, another 6 65,000 coming into the airport, so a total of about 120,000 which is a little above normal but the busy days will start tomorrow and tuesday, tuesday they expect to see well over 150,000 people travelling in and out of the airport. the good news is so far we haven't seen any weather delays around the country that will cause any travel issues. but you know, this is something we do every year. we talk about it. when you're travelling this time of the year, you should expect to see delays, check with your carrier. the other thing is, so m

flights are delayed or canceled at sfo.s one of the busiest travel days of the year. on the roads, officers say this car hydroplaned in san francisco and no one was hurt. san francisco police are trying to find a driver who shot a man this afternoon in north beach. witnesses say the victim hit a car with his cane and cursed at the driver. police say the driver then shot motini and drove off. motini is expected to recover. in san jose, police used teargas to end a 12-hour standoff. police say the man broke into a home overnight and then climbed on to the roof next door. he also threw bricks at police as they tried to talk him down. developing news tonight. the fbi has issued a new warning to the mill ter about potential -- the military about potential isis attacks. the warning is the strongest of its kind to date. they are urging military members to dial back social media presence to help prevent being a possible target. several more protests today and across the country including this one in san jose tonight. protests still
