i'm also working in conjunction with sfpd northern station. it just so happens that every time the police department happens to go by, they don't have the sound up. so we're working on it. keeping them in our purview. page two, you will see that i have highlighted delirium. delirium has a vent in the back area where the d.j. performs that is open. and all of the sound is escaping onto the street. so this has been like this for some time, but we're thinking a new neighbor moved into the area because now we're getting an uptick of complaints. so we have gone out and they're in compliance otherwise. it's just the vent. senior inspector roberts has made recommendations on how to amend the situation because it needs to be closed. so letting you know that we have a solution or at least have provided recommendations here. and then taking you to the last page, it is not highlighted -- excuse me, not the last page. on page four, it is not highlighted, but i do have an update about 26 mix. this business has been on our enforcement report since may consi

so our inspectors do respond to that but when we determine it's residential, we reallocate it to sfpd but there was a major u uptick. one of halloween, there was an awesome list compiling all events we knew would be happening and then they did a great job going out and doing halloween compliance checks. we didn't receive many complaints regarding holiday -- i keep saying holiday -- halloween event, permanent event. we didn't receive too many complaints. no complaints about burning decompression or the war fest which you approved at the last hearing. so then going into the report, i do want to bring to your attention on page 4, the first highlighted note about the penthouse club. they're remodeling their bottom floor and will be having entertainment on the bottom floor and have been having music downtears and we receivedownstad the door leading to the exterior when enter takenmen entertainmeg downstairs, the door is leaky and there will be a recommendation on better sound-proofing because they'll be having entertainment in the lower level and we'll likely receive complaints if they don
