in orangeburg, billie jean shaw, wis news 10. authorities are still on the scene of a shooting that happened this afternoon in sumter. it happened around 2 pm along with a gunshot wound to his arm. his identity has not been released and investigators are saying little else at this hour as police activity continues. we'll keep you updated as soon as we get more information. troopers are investigating after a police car crashed early this morning. officials say the 2009 crown victoria lost control and crashed getting onto i-26 from lake murray boulevard at about 5:45 this morning. the police car is registered to the city of irmo. troopers says the driver was thomas speers. they say there are no charges pending at this point. coming up on wis: he claimed he was too rich to go to jail for killing four people. now he's locked up again, accused of skipping the country break the texas teenager who avoided mexico. and authorities aren't sure when he'll be brought back. ethan couch and his mother are now accused of fleeing the country. nb
