good morning, chuck bell. >> sheena is over giving the forecast on wtop right now.'ll be joining me in just a second with a look at our severe weather threat on wednesday. could be similar what we went through on saturday. for now though, it's partly to mostly cloudy start this below freezing this morning. mid to upper 20s for much of montgomery and frederick counties. near the freezing mark out here towards front royal and winchester, so a cold start to the day and clouds increasing during the course of the afternoon. not a 100% dry day. we'll call it 59 degrees. rain chances only 30% or so. a lot of moisture back down to our west and southwest. a few lonesome snow flakes. temperatures in the 50 ss so wee not worrying about that. maybe a hit or miss sprinkle or a light rain shower here primarily for areas north and west of the d.c. metro up into the valley and the panhandle of west virginia. mostly cloudy and rain chances gradually increasing as we go to tonight and tomorrow and wednesday. on wednesday we could have a threat for severe weather. we will be watching
