you've got the shepherd's clinic right over there and this is where the main happened. let me show you the damage that it's done. this is the 16-inch water main that cracked last night just after 11:00. you can see that crack there it runs about nine feet. public works crews have been here since last night. what they've been able to do. they've been a able to shut off the water and bring down the water pressure and you can see they're pumping most of the water out and right now they're waiting on that new section to arrive so they can replace this cracked one. in the meantime water has been turned off to the folks in this area. it will remain turned off until they're able to fix this problem. now this is causing a huge headache for people who live right around the corner. in the 1500 block of abbotston street. kim collins you've been dealing with the mess ever since this water main broke last night. yorubasment is flooded. >> yes, basements are flooded and actually we've been calling 311 all night and we were told to wait until around 6:00 when someone comes in and then
