about the prime minister's intent as he goes to silicon valley.he best and brightest in india are working in silicon valley. what does he intend to grow and develop their -- there? >> there are a number of initiatives that he has been pursuing. some of the big ones where silicon valley plays a big role, the energy front, particularly solar. if you look at the center of gravity in the u.s. on solar, not just companies like first tesla, in terms of not the car, but the energy storage devices -- energy storage is a huge part of really pushing the country towards powerenergy, towards wind , that is an example. the digital india campaign, they connectivity is quite slow. can google or facebook play a role in terms of bringing faster connectivity, faster speeds to india? angie: that is the thing, a lot of critics say those reforms that he promised have not yet come to fruition. we have some big, broad brush strokes, you could say, but in terms of micro-details, for example, 100 smart cities, how does silicon valley help him beat up these reforms? >> i t

chris: in silicon valley? emily: yes. chris: yes. kind of inevitable that the funders putting this money to work will not see it all back. emily: are we in a bubble? is the bubble going to pop? chris: there are multiple ways to define that bubble. emily: yes or no? chris: yes, a lot of these companies are going to go away. there will be impacts for real estate. do i think it'll be like 2000, when you can't get a u-haul because they are gone all one way out of town, no, i don't think so because this is the epicenter of innovation, just out of whack right now. emily: what you think is the biggest problem in silicon valley that is not being talked about now? chris: there is nobody normal left here anymore. all of the actual, normal, regular people have been priced out. the artists cannot live here anymore. the musicians cannot live here. you do not even meet nurses -- or doctors, frankly, who can afford this city. that is messed up. i think the biggest problem here is computer science programs are so lucrative now, that kids do not need
