"otis" who is a golden retriever mix lived in sinton texas.ouse friday during hurricane harvey. his owners looked everywhere for him, but couldn't find him. otis came back home the next day carrying a huge bag of dog food in his mouth. (mark) more than 100 dogs and cats impacted by hurricane harvey are now in san diego county. they arrived from a shelter in louisiana yesterday. eighty five dogs and 20 cats were onboard the flight. the dogs and cats will be taken to several facilities in san diego. they are expected to be up for adoption soon.
