come down 13, not highway one as you travel through smyrna this morning. on the big picture a little bit of good news in hunting park. north broad street is reopened now at pike street there by how sam. fire crews off to the side. no big issues so far this morning on 95 or the schuylkill. no big delays and the vine street expressway has reopened as well but we are watching a disabled vehicle just in in lower moreland. it's byberry road at huntington pike there by the united methodist church. no big issues traveling westbound on the pennsylvania turnpike. couple work zones eastbound but westbound you're looking good. and we still have some construction going until 6:00 this morning for the next half hour at 422 and armand hammer boulevard. they're milling and paving that interchange there. so they'll clear out in the next half hour but then return at 9:00 this morning to continue their work. so watch out for the crews out there until 6 o'clock. crews working near the shore as well 322 eastbound in hamilton township and 30 absecon boulevard in atlantic city.

when we talk about damage, i used to go to new smyrna beach. beautiful coastline right there and as far as the distance goes away now, we are only talking from new smyrna beach, 4 miles those 100-mile-per-hour winds. if there's significant structural damage done right now, it is happening here from oak hill, that's kind of the population point and then it goes into the military area in cape canaveral but this is the population centers and where the worst is all occurring. the shift occurred from the center of the storm, so now the center of the storm, the eye center is 20 miles off the coast whereas previously, last hour, we were looking at about 26 miles. so just that five mile shift closer to the coast. five mile shift to the west is now bringing our hurricane force winds to the coast. that's huge ramifications for the amount of damage done by the wind. the storm surge is pretty much guaranteed and just because our computer models off by 20 to 30 miles yesterday, doesn't mean they'll be off from here on out. the trend has been worse for our f
