investigators say he's responsible for a dozen arson fires in the soma neighborhood. the fires have been set on a construction site, trash bins and buildings. >>> oakland firefighter is in critical condition, he's badly hurt after his fire truck overturned during a training exercise. the arson task force is investigating at least eight suspicious fires in the soma area in less than three weeks. mostly at construction sites and the officers of contractors. the most recent happened tuesday night when three fires near high rise condos broke down. the same arsonist started small fires at a construction sight of a luxury high rise and at the near by office of the contractor in charge of the project. while no one has been hurt yet, there are concerns the arsonist could find other more dangerous targets. >> arson can create so much damage and the potential for the loss of life is so grave, financial things can be recovered. we're concerned with that but those can be recovered. the loss of life can never be recovered. >> investigators pulled debris from the dumpsters for testing. they're trying to figure out how the fire started. and they're asking anyone who saw anything suspicious to step forward. >>> authorities -- the airport's long term parking lot costs $18 a day to park. south san francisco police say many people are parking their cars at near by neighborhoods then tak
