. >> and i'm frank somerville. a maul businessman brings a gun to work then is forced to put it to work while someone tries to rob him. >> reporter: this taco truck would normally be open for a few more hours, but it's been shut down all day followed by a shoot out that was caught by surveillance camera. the surveillance video shows a gun battle. it appears 32-year-old omar castillas surprised the victim. castillas ran back into the truck after he was hit three times. he emerged again and was the seen slumping to the ground. the suspects fled in a car but later turned up at a hospital with one of them suffering with gunshot wounds. two are brothers, 18-year-old antwon and 18-year-old sean morris. the third is a juvenile. just blocks from the robbery, fernandez lopez gave us insight into the inside of his family's taco truck. >> no, i don't have a gun. like this. >> reporter: lopez says he has the stick for self-defense, he also closes early by 10:00 p.m., early compared to others. he says crime is an ongoing proble
