we heard the sonic boom here in washington. but then we kind of got a sense there was more than just a sonic boom and they were doing exercises with the air national guard, the issue was a change of security posture at the u.s. capitol because they saw on their radar there is a plane that it pierced the air security bubble the no-fly zone around washington d.c. and to be clear here security officials of the capitol did not see this complaint as a threat to the capitol building. they take this very seriously they are sensitive to this because it was determined finally after several years of investigation the fourth plane that crashed in pennsylvania on 911 was intended that's what the intended target was u.s. cap capitol. they change the security posture from green to yellow. there is a four-color rating scale read it being the most serious that's when they vectored the building. they went up one level to yellow. i am told it was very brief. they saw this plane was not a threat to the capitol itself. it was flying parallel to th
