one incident turned deadly this morning in sonoma county. a person died after getting swept into the ocean by a large wave. it happened at the gerstle campground between jenner and sea ranch. 1045 this morning, california state park rangers and sonoma county sheriff's deputies responded to the scene. the victim was located a short time in the water and then flown to the shore, where emergency personnel performed cpr, but he did not survive. two people were pulled out of the water near hercules point just before 3:00 yesterday afternoon. video here showing medics as well as a helicopter on bayfront boulevard. authorities say one of the victims is in serious condition, the other critical. the two male victims were found right near a small aluminum boat that had overturned and a high surf advisory and a hazardous beach condition warning has been issued along the central and bay area coastline. a small craft advisory has also been issued from point reyes to pigeon point. beachgoers being advised to just stay out of the ocean. with that, we bring

a man died afr being swept into the water off the sonoma county coast. it happed just after 1130 this morning near gerstle cove. the sheriff's office says that two men were standing on the rocks when a wave swept one of them out to sea. first responders were able to pull the man out of the water. they tried to revive him, but he died at the scene. his identity has not been released. a high surf advisory remains in effect through tomorrow night. that means an increased risk of sneaker waves and rip currents with waves of up to 20ft. well, time is running out for people living in san francisco's only safe parking site. it's known as the bay view vehicle triage center. the site at candlestick point opened in 2022, but late last year, the city let those who are staying there know it would be closing. no word. now, word has gone out that tomorrow. that's the day the city says people who haven't accepted a housing offer, they have to leave. the city spent millions on capital costs for the 35 spot site, which just recently was equipped with electricity. the chr
