a university official had to hold an emergency meeting with fraternity and sorority leaders and put a stop to all of their activities for now. last week, morgan town police arrested $19 student when a party spilled out into the street. they were out of control, kicking off garbage cans and there was a lot of alcohol involved and they were under 21. late last night came what the school calls a catastrophic medical emergency. a teenage student collapsed with no pulse, no respiration. police and emts gave him cpr and rushed him to the hospital. that led to the emergency meeting today in which west virginia put a moratorium on all the fraternity and sorority activities. it affects more than two dozen groups and 1,500 members. the dean of students said -- the student in the hospital is 18. s from buffalo and parents had to come down to be with him in the hospital. detectives are trying to identify any fraternity members and pledges who were with him last night. i'm chris lawrence. >>> a case that got national attention, police wanted to take pictures of a teenager's privates in a sefting i
