coming in at about 11:00, 12:00, 1:00 we're seeing it move into parts of the east bay, down the peninsula and into the southunrise tomorrow morning with spotty showers left behind for the morning, and then the afternoon is looking pleasant. as far as how much rain we could see, a lot of our models are consistent, and then in san francisco, about one-tenth of an inch or less. our outlook for the month of november actually shows that for the bay area, we could have above normal rainfall which would be great coming off of october's rainfall, and cooler than normal temperatures for northern california as well as parts of the bay area. we're already seeing that right now. take a look at the 7-day forecast. our temperatures will be in the upper 60s over the next few days, which is a little bit lower than normal for early november. we will watch more rain coming in early next week. san francisco will keep the temperatures in the 60s. >>> mike, now you are seeing a backup at the bay bridge? >> yeah, everywhere else has speeds in the 60s, but not here, you have to pause for the payments and slower drive as we move l

the golden gate points northwest about 7 o'clock filtering through the east bay in the south bay peninsula before midnight andhe central valley and mountains and far south of us are in down to a monterey county, probably by dawn tomorrow morning but will be left with some spotty showers and the problems on the roads will just get a little worse with some rain showers. so localized flooding even though we don't have any statements involving that still possible jumping to the winds were quick notice the arrows pointing southeasterly here comes the onslaught of winds. it short. we still have a wind advisory that's been posted. however. but this can pose some problems in terms of power lines, trees, that sort of thing still possible, although we usually look for higher winds for that. so our rainfall totals say before well before midnight, we're picking up almost half of an inch up. and here in the north bay east bay. meanwhile, on the east bay shoreline over a quarter of an inch of rain. but they'll be some dollar signs here and there to be found with elsewhere. but up 3 quarters of an inch to about half of an i

bay area. this will put us at 43 in the tri-valley, peninsula 47 and the south bay at 46. 40s in the east bay andth bay at 43. that area of high pressure staying stubborn. warming up a couple more degrees. in the south bay it will be good for more of those 70s returning. lots of low 70s, gilroy, morgan hill, san jose 72, milpitas 73, los gatos at 70. not quite as much low 70s through the east bay because we will have some of that cold morning temperatures, a little bit harder to warm up in apt yauch with 69 for a high. vallejo 67 and martinas 68. those 60s through san mateo and redwood city, palo alto 70. san francisco no 70s tomorrow but 65 in downtown and right through the north bay going up to 69 in napa, 72 clearlake and 74 ukiah. beautiful temperature-wise. if you suffer from asthma, any kind of respiratory problems, we will see the air quality suffer. right now moderate air quality from the north bay to the south bay. through the midday airs it could step into unhealthy. again if you have any respiratory problems, limit that outdoor exposure. i know we all want again some rainfall, but you
