hernandez is being investigated for this double murder that took place last summer in july in south boston. now there have been no charges in that case and the boston police department won't comment on it publicly, but this is on top of being charged officially with first degree murder in the murder of oden lloyd. there was detailed testimony during the hearing yesterday from pros cuesors where they outlined what they believe happened to oden lloyd. it included a fight at a club with aaron hernandez one night and then two nights later he called in, according to them, two of his friends, to orchestrate what the prosecutors are calling an execution. they picked up oden lloyd at his house at 2:30 in the morning and then they brought him to a neighborhood, industrial park very close to where hernandez lives and then they shot and killed him. he is here today for a bail hearing. on wednesday the judge denied bail. his lawyers say that this case is weak, that he should be granted bail. he's never committed a crime. he's a homeowner and that he lives at home with his fiance and young baby. tamron

what is now washington as you walk that in, that was the neck as you come in from now the south end into boston. and this was an island. but the -- and one of dozens of islands that occupied gigantic boston harbor. and the british had their navy. and they had their men of war and other ships scattered throughout the harbor in strategic areas and kept the entrance open so that they could get provisions whether they be from england or from canada. this meant that even -- no matter -- even though they were completely surrounded by land, boston as a british-occupied garrison was not going to starve. and so it became a stalemate that then erupted into violence with the battle of bunker hill. in june 17, 1775. and this was a battle like none other. it was a terrifying spectator event for those not only living in boston, but in towns around. because all of the roofs of boston were filled with people watching as more than 2,000 british regulars made their way across the harbor in the charles river to the charlestown peninsula and began the assault that would erupt into the battle of bunker hill. and so

molly line is south of boston with more on this story. molly? >> reporter: good morning. what we don't know at this hour where aaron hernandez actually is or if he returned to his upper class home in north attelboro, which is short walk from the industrial park where the victim's body was found. we're told by the bristol county district attorney's office this morning they can not affirm that an arrest warrant has actually been issued this hour but our boston affiliate reported that a state police source gave them a head's up that aaron hernandez will be charged with obstruction of justice but not clear where the state police are in the process. odin lloyd, 27 years old was found monday afternoon. fox 25 sources confirm a hard drive to hernandez's home surveillance system was heavily damaged. sources say there is video evidence that shows hernandez and two other men walking into hernandez's home within minutes of neighbors hearing gunshots. that happened roughly between 3 or 3:30 on monday but neighbors did not immediately report gunshots to police. an hour before hernande
