well south dakota has tried to outlaw abortion entirely i believe twice now. voters rejected it both times but you know they have tried to take that to the voters and put it on the ballot that abortion should be illegal you know flying in the face of supreme court law and roe v wade. is so i think the legislators in south dakota have shown that they're not deferential to federal law they certainly are big fans of a woman's right to choose you know and will do all sorts of things to try and limit that right in every way possible and i think i mean this bill is certainly part of that i mean at the very least it's part of this effort to establish fetal personhood you know and at its worst i do think that's an effort to intimidate abortion providers you know to put this out there again that what you're doing is you know you're killing and there are people that do feel that it would be justified to kill you. so in the defense of you know what they're calling unborn children that sends a very strong and scary message to a community of people abortion providers and c

i have scheduled venue stops at different areas along the tour, from california to south dakota, thatrters for my local research. when i was researching the traveling medicine show, i came across this. they had put out an elixir, and it referred to the elements that came out because of the high stress, high-pressure life, mostly because of the industrial revolution. anyway, i was fascinated by the term american-itis, and i thought it did a lot about the stress-related illnesses, and i was impressed that they picked up on that and the 1800's. i did a survey to see if it was irrelevant element today. i have a series of eight painted banners that are retellings of american history. i am particularly interested in transition history between native and european histories and retelling them as if they were a popular myth. there is a mix of eras and characters and times drat these banners. -- and times throughout these banners. i use the olympics and the melting pot, or things reduced down, and come out of this reduction. and something else transforms out of it. they had this strict code of

big storm system over the weekend brought blizzard conditions here to nebraska and south dakota, minnesota now that snow is moving through areas of the mid-atlantic. even new york city getting a little bit of snow this morning. out west cold air has moved in through much of the rockies. some of that has moved in even down to areas of california and arizona. a little storm system is coming down southward right along the coast. bringing just a little bit of precip to the coastal areas. this isn't a big rain event. most of it will stay off shore, but you can see on the radar here we have light rain. some of that may head down to fort bragg. a little bit of light snow. also up interstate 5. for the most part a lot of clouds today. should be a dry forecast. now, as i mentioned, temperatures have dropped. it's only 42 this morning in phoenix. 30 in albuquerque, and 40 in vegas. there is chilly air out there. definitely winter has returned, and you need the gloves and the hat and everything else that you have been wearing all winter long. 61 in l.a. that's one of the warmer spots. know else cloud
