we have an area of low pressure developing down here in georgia and south carolina. we have an area of high pressure up in canada. as these get closer together, these lines show the pressure gradient. that indicates how strong the winds will be. a strong easterly wind that is why we have coastal flooding. the moisture from what is hurricane joaquin that is staying out to sea. the moisture get close enough a high tide between 12:00 and 1:00. that is when we will see the splashover. a lot of roads close to the shoreline will flood. we watching at flash flood warnings and watches through carolinas and up through vafz virginia. we had several inches of rain in this area. with this training rain through charleston, we are looking at more rain to perhaps produce as much as 15 inches of additional rainfall right in the area from charleston over to columbia. that is the biggest concern as we go through the next couple days. we will keep an eye on this for some time. craig. >> dylan, thank you. >>> the details in the mass shoot in the oregon community college. nine lives cut
