take a look behind me you can see the police on the scene in 0 south philadelphia. police say this happened before 4:30 a.m. right south 21st and passyunk avenue. a family of at least five were inside. the child was downstairs we don't know how would the child is. he wakes up to the intruders inside the home. he is able to make a mad dash out of the back of the house, run down an alley away to a 7-eleven several blocks away, he called police. he hurt the bottom of his feet running to the gas station. police say nothing was taken from inside the home. i asked a sergeant if the intruders had any weapons. he said it he is not sure. you have to realize, the child sees the masked intruders shaken up and startled by this. may have seen something may not have seen something. i was able to talk to the parents. they did not know a whole lot of information they were shaken up and would not talk on camera. off camera they said they have to get to the hospital. they said they wake up an know their son is out of the house. there child has injuries to the bottom of his feet runnin
