looking close to home here, princess ann, salisbury and ocean city, also extending all the way down to the southern end of the state and also just a little bit of wintery shower action toward sullivan's island. where was the big action today winter weather wise? out of roanoke virginia coming down, a winter wonder land down there. maryland skier? plenty of fresh powder on the slopes. but close to home, it's dry. no sledding to be had. humidity is moderate and winter advisory just about done but what we have left for the south western corner, dorchester county down toward princess ann, just a few blue shaded areas in our area and a winter weather advisory on the edge of that. temperature wise, not really cold enough to support anything sticking and as we look farther south and east we do see this line. that's going to be moving out through the overnight hours and that dryer air would help to prevent that storm from moving further north in the situation. as we look at the overall set up we're going to have a cool day tomorrow but we're going to warm things up into 50 tomorrow. so a bitter blast is on
