there is a west, southwest 25 gusting 36 travis. west, southwest ten at vacaville. vacaville gets a sea breeze that tells you everything you need to know. these tropical clouds are so close. they are just held in check. you can probably see them off to the distance east bay, south bay. there has been some rain down in southern california. and highs today the 70s continue to push inland. 80s pushing more toward the valley. it started yesterday around the bay but the low clouds that west wind and system dropping down we topped out on the temps wednesday. still warm to hot wednesday and thursday. so the wind picks up at times. also very warm inland well inland but not as nearly as hot as it has been. most locations drop 10-15 degrees. a lot of 70s now and 80s. 50s and 60s closer to the coast and local drizzle. fog will continue nights and mornings. that cooler pattern takes us right into the weekend. >>> italy's credit rating is taking a hit. moody's downgraded the bond rating. they stand at two levels of junk bond status. european markets are up this morning. investor
