winds south-southwest at 7 miles per hour.tracker six showing us between now and 9:00 we do have that rain sweeping in through i-95. notice how the northern suburbs may clear a little bit sooner. by 9 o'clock i can still see a little bit of rain up to the north but it is generally going to be tracking down toward the south and by noon we think there's a good chance that philadelphia will be either dry or getting close to it and the northern suburbs probably just some drizzle or maybe just clouds. notice how there is more rain down to the south of the system, though and it really does hang in there through the rest of the afternoon and perhaps into the early evening. and as we take a look at how much rain we're expecting well, this is the southern system that is glancing us to the south but the models are suggesting a lot of rain right down by the coast. almost nothing up north. and then philadelphia kind of on the northern edge of that main batch. whether or not we actually go this intense i'm not quite certain but i do think
