federal investigators are looking into what went wrong after a southwest airlines flight had to make an emergency landing. it happened yesterday on a flight from new orleans to orlando. the airline says one of its engines failed in mid-flight. the plane was then diverted to pensacola, florida. but the engine failure caused the cabin to lose pressure -- so passengers had to use oxygen masks to breathe. it sounds like a horror story plot. children... living in a sewer system. but utility workers in washington state say that may be really happening there. rob munoz has the story from federal way, near seattle. natsot: sewer cover being pried open prying off an 80-pound manhole cover, lakehaven utility district workers were shocked to see what they found 14-feet down. ken miller, lakehaven utility district : "when they looked inside, they saw clothes and toys and some food and other misceln that "miscellaneous stuff" was a makeshift bed made out of plywood. nearby, two 12-13 year-old boys were spotted and miller says one of them indicated he was staying down there. that's when workers tol
