news4's darcy spencer is live with what we're learning about this investigation. darcy? >> reporter: kristin, we are here in the largo neighborhood where the victim lived, waiting to speak to family about this horrible tragedy. police still trying to figure out what led up to this shooting. was it a case of road rage, or was it something else? at this point, police simply don't know. we want to start with this logo. police want to know if anyone saw this car on the beltway outer loop between 11:30 last night and midnight. now, prince george's county police officer happened to be driving through that area and saw the victim's car. it's a 1999 mercury marquis was stopped in the travel lane. when she looked in. that's when she found the victim's body, adriano lombre, dead behind the wheel. he was a 55-year-old father who lived in the largo area of prince george's county. police say he was shot from the outside of the car. they believe this was from someone firing from another vehicle. just a short time ago, we were able to speak to one of the victim's close friends. >> my w
