during the briefing, as you went over, white house secretary sean spicer didn't confirm that. he danced around the question and did not confirm whether these two white house officials mentioned in "the new york times" were in fact devin nunes' sources for all of this. what he did say is that the white house has sent over a letter to both intelligence committee, both the house and senate, inviting them to look at information that the white house believes is very helpful and i should point out i just talked to a source with one of the intelligence committees over in the house, the house intelligence committee that they have received that letter at this point they are not elaborating as to what's in the letter but they have received it and so this is certainly a work in progress on a day where there's a lot of turmoil over here at the white house. there was a staff shakeup announced earlier today where it was announced that the deputy chief of staff katie walsh is leaving the white house for an outside group helping promote the president's agenda. no question about it, that news
