it's a small unit down stairs. so the building going up next door with the added fourth floor is going to severely impede -- it's going to cause a large amount of shade placed over the house, and this is going to affect my unit as well, because most of the light that comes into my unit is from two windows, in the bathroom and one in the kitchen that are in the light well. if the fourth floor is added to the top, that's going to severely limit the amount of sun light that can enter the unit, and it's going to make the unit extremely dark. as far as the back yard, the increase in the height will also decrease the amount of privacy that i have in the back yard that's going to have a great affect. and also, just the whole notion of having to displace tenants during this time is -- i think it's going to be a very difficult time for them. it's going to put a lot of stress on them as well, and i just wanted to make mention of that, as well. i don't have much else to say. just wanted to make it quick and short. thank you s
