you can't fake steak. morning to you, we're live in center city right by city hall. that picture tells the story. it is wet out there on this thursday morning, you know how well that goes on the roadways. we have plenty of green across the screen as we look live across the big picture. it only took two into our broadcast for the first accident to pop up, westbound on the vine eastbound near the schuylkill expressway. although i am not seeing the flares they set up this morning. a couple of minutes into the show we had our first crash, one of many we'll see, that ramp is in the process of reopening. pens grove, salem county water main break shutting down 48 harding highway. penns drove alburn road would be the alternate. same set up on amtrak and njt into and out of penn station into new york expect half-hour delays. >> new this morning, delta airline served pizza to travelers who were stuck because of long weather delays. the flights down south were compacted by severe weather. younger travelers were treated to coloring books and games to pass the time. >>> speaking

public has increasingly seeing congress as a group ta goes on a lot of fancy golf trips, eats a lot of steaks. if we went on vacation that much we would get fired -- neil: i'm not one to -- to kennedy's point, we have a lot of stuff that needs doing and they are not doing it and whatever reason -- >> sure. neil: bottom line is they're not getting the stuff done. >> that's right, neil, the financial markets have been incredibly patient with congress and they believe this legislative agenda is intact but it is delayed. as long as they see movement toward that agenda they will feel confident, they are going to start getting incredibly impatient because they don't see movement. tax cuts are so critical to market right now. legislative reform in terms of regulatory reform, health care reform, infrastructure spending. if the legislators listen to constituents they would follow the policy track that they are asking for and that the election was all about. that's what the financial markets really want to see. the markets will hold up as long as they believe there's hope that this is going to happen.
