[laughter] i guess you have to be from pittsburg to appreciate that. i will not repeat some of the things i said earlier in terms of access to universities and employers. that is very important. whether you are at a site in the city for five years or 50 years, as chris knows, you are always assessing whether you are at the right place. it is an ongoing process, very important part of the fiduciary responsibility that we have as business heads. we have made that decision many times in pittsburg. i think for us, not just universities access for our employees but also for their children is a critical issue. the quality of education in the primary and secondary schools and at the university level is a great selling point for pittsburg. it is certainly a strength. another issue that is important for us is the cost of living. we do an assessment of all our sites and we have more than 50 across the country. we probably have a half-dozen that i would consider to be major sites in northern new
