stephen tschida at the live desk now. what happened here? stephen: the alleged incident went down a few blocks from iverson mall minutes after yesterday's shooting. prince george's police were searching for a suspect. officer robert parker lives nearby and was walking to his home in street clothes. he fit the lookou stopped him and frisked him. he said when an officer discovered his service weapon he was thrown to the ground, injuring his wrist, head and mouth and show of excessive force. he maintains the rough treatment came after he identifieded himself as an officer. >> at that point nothing warranted him to come and pat me down. i was in shock. he patted me down and got my service weapon. a police officer. that's when i got thrown to the ground. >> he never indicated he was a police officer or that he had a gun. so, officer found it on his own. there was a tussle. he sounds like he was told a lot of times to put his hands behind his back by other officers on the scene and eventually he said hey, i'm a police officer. stephen: prince georg

stephen tschida is joining us with the investigation that is happening now. where does the case stand? stephen: this is one of the most disturbing i have covered. on tuesday they tracked down antoine petty and geneice petty again. they say that he informed them quickly he murdered the couple's 2-month-old son and they disposed of the body. parkdale high school. the reason geneice petty is charged in connection with this homicide is that apparently she was present while her husband allegedly beat the baby to death. tragic discovery. baby's body in a shallow grave. the police say the 2-month-old's father told them where he and the child's mother disposed of the body. antoine petty said four weeks with his closed fist to make him stop cried. he then put the bloodied and unconscious baby in his car for 24 hours and police said petty that he and the child's mother geneice petty went to an area behind the high school and buried the boy. >> that hurt. stephen: back live now. reaction from neighbors. many of them really troubled. said if she had heard anything or know
