we have steve gomez with us, a former fbi agent. he worked extensively in the west and steve, if you can hear me, takes us through what we're seeing right now. you are familiar with these situations and how carefully they have to inspect what they've come upon. >> well, the first concern is that there's some type of explosive device that's in the vehicle. the -- and that's why you see these armored vehicles, you've got the shield there, they've got the vehicle surrounded. but they have to move very carefully for the potential of there being this explosive. so, the s.w.a.t. officers have been training now days with a bomb technician. and expert to deal with that type of device. doing a recon of the vehicle. they're trying to assess what is inside, is there anything in there that looks suspicious and then, they are consulting with the bomb tech in determining what step to take. >> it is believed, steve, there are two people there at the scene, one beyond the suv, as i've been saying here, one person believed to be dead. unclear the con
