steve handelsman is working that angle. >>> a 61-year-old doug hughes, that doesn't come from police or national security officials. it come from hughes himself. and he clearly could have been killed and not just in a crash of this mini chopper. here's some video of his arrest. lawmakers say capitol police had at least one rifleman on the balcony set to shoot this pilot if it looked like the small chopper would strike the capitol building but it didn't. it appears this was not a terrorist attack. instead a protest. hughes who is a 61-year-old florida postal worker put up an elaborate website announcing his plans which he call civil disobedience. he said i have no violent inclinations or swenltintent. just delivering the mail. and he had 535 letters, one addressed to every member of congress. to galvanize millions of people to change the government. that was his dream. he said i don't believe that the authorities are going to shoot down a 60-year-old mailman in a flying bicycle but i would rather die in the flight than live to be 80 years old and see this country fall. hughes charges
