congressman, steve mnuchin there giving the republican leadership line, cbo says premiums may go down for some but at the expense of deductibles which will go way up. if people aren't covered because they can no longer afford insurance because their out of pocket costs will skyrocket, how can you still say they are not losing health care? >> well, you could go into some different wrinkles as to the cbo scoring. one of the things the scoring does is presupposes if you have less than the current level of benefit that goes with the affordable care act, you are not counted as insured. i don't think that that's an accurate level of scoring. but staying out of the weeds, i would say what we have to recognize, what this whole attempt has been about, is that there are a lot of people who have a mirage in terms of health insurance. they are in the individual marketplace, they are self-employed and yet they have a deductible that is already presently so high that effectively they don't have health insurance. so you know, you could look at the numbers both ways, say it's a mess, and we are going
