steve paulson is here with our forecast. how is it looking? >> i can't wear the green because this can see right through me. we have the higher clouds moving out. yesterday was very warm. humid. mostly cloudy and then mostly sunny. but we do have a westerly breeze even though the water temps are still pretty warm. 57, 58. that's definitely above average. 40s to the north. napa has joined the party. although there are a little bit cooler lows even for san francisco. west at 12. west-northwest, west-southwest, northwest. yesterday was a hint of an east or southeast. west sfo, west hayward. west livermore. that's an onshore breeze. so the higher clouds clear out. that will keep temperatures in the 60s, 70s. the higher clouds clearing out. a little bit more of a compo net of the west wind means it will feel nicer today compared to yesterday. 60s and 70s. still running a little bit above average except by the coast where they are running closer but slightly above. sal, things getting busy? >> they are. it's not as bad as yesterday when we had a bun

the man with the plan, steve paulson. >>> a lot of fog out there. my goodness.og brother. there is a lot to go around. if you don't have the fog, maybe hazy sunrise. higher clouds streaming in from the system which will be there. looks good. feels good. what's the problem? well, it's going north, most of it. when you've had a dry, dry, dry pattern. it's -- you get so many head fakes. if this band were over us, i would say it looks good. there could be light rain, it wouldn't be until later tonight, tomorrow if you are up near mendocino county, lake county. for us, there's the fog. quarter mile visibility. fairfield has gone to a mile visibility. that gog dances around here -- fog dances around here. it's been consistent at concord buchanan, a quarter mile or less. 40s, a few 50s. a couple of reports of mist. not much. san francisco buoy, 57. monterey buoy, 58. 20s in the mountains. 50s to 60s down south. south lake tahoe, 23. truckee, 21 and 50 warm degrees. blue canyon look for the moisture is streaming up to the southwest. very mild. it will be a warm system.

steve paulson says things might be changing soon. >> they will be changing to cooler. the wind will pick up as well. but not a little bit until later. temperatures will cool down a little bit today. they are still well above average. inland areas should be closer to 70 and they've been zooming right past that. from the 80s and 70s temperatures will take a little tumble here. a weak little system to the north. that is all it takes. get the on shore push going a little bit to monterey. this system won't do much for us with clouds until tomorrow and then a breeze will crank up. i think you will notice that 40s on the temps. at least record highs give way to cool mornings. and a little change here. it will be pleasant but not as warm as sunday. more of a westerly breeze. a few high clouds and some of that fog is beginning to form. well inland some 80s. all right sal we have an issue on 580. >> westbound 580 at the dublin interchange. it will start there. there was a crash that was blocking lanes. still blocking one lane on westbound 580 as you come up on the 680 interchang
