police say they had a tip that 38-year-old steve ruiz, the man accused of killing a hells angels membera funeral last week was supposed to be in the home. police broke windows and shot in tear gas as they tried to get ruiz out of the house. 12 hours later they finally went inside and came out empty handed. then just like that the police took down their police tape and they were gone while ruiz remains at large. >> my wife was scared but i'm just like, got nothing to do with us. >> reporter: now all that's left here in the stockton neighborhood is broken glass and a whole lot of curious neighbors. >> police originally thought ruiz may be dead killed by fellow hells angels in retaliation for last weekend's murder in san jose. investigators suspect he killed the man at the funeral because of another murder. they even dug around the website for evidence of ruiz's body but found nothing. >>> a good samaritan was killed in a crash. she got out of her car to help victims in a crash and that's when she was hit by a passing car and thrown to the other side of the freeway. she died at the scene.
