andrea menniti is in stockton right now. andria. >> reporter: they are seeing a break now but it was pouring for much of the day. i want to show you this road behind me. it is flooding on both sides making it challenging for drivers. city crews are responding to call after call of street flooding. we have seen sidewalks under water and small lakes forming in front yards. many of the problems started after the storm overnight brought nearly an inch of rain. then sudden downpours added to the areas already experiencing ponding. caltrans had to get involved at one location because flooding blocked an entire entrance to the crosstown highway 4 downtown on-ramp here in downtown stockton. just from that incident chp officers were dealing with a weather-related crash involving a semi truck and a stockton neighborhood was without power for much of the day, about 300 customers affected. but the street flooding that we're seeing today, it has just been call after call for these city crews rushing to try to unclog these drains and so f
