light rain right there heading back to rio vista, suisun city, vacaville. not much left, it continues to work its way there. we're cooler along with a westerly breeze. fairfield, travis, light rain. more of a westerly bridge, not only at sfo but also oakland. the delta breeze is in place and also right over san pablo bay. you can see some of that coming back from sacramento. sacramento is reporting rain, parts of napa county, northern. lake county and leading towards -- heading towards fairfield and rio vista, suisun city. speaking of our low, look at this big low in new york. it's a monster low in the northeast all the wait down into parts of the south but the wraparound has given some flooding to new york, brooklyn and hoboken. it looks like things are trying out now. 40s, 50s to 60s. in fact, rain will continue i think towards sacramento valley, san joaquin valley and also into the sierra. one last gasp on the system. morning fog, partly sunny later on. but a westerly breeze and thicker fog means a little cooler pattern. 60s for many, very low 70s unless

you have suisun which is right there by the delta so it has a waterfront area. it's just a beautiful place and it's really a microdozennism of the day area. it has all the characteristics of the bray area but on a -- of the bay area but it's a much smaller place. san francisco is less than an hour. sacramento is 40 minutes. everything is very close. >> as i say it, i have the mayor part of urch. what would you say some of the political issues of fairfield? some of the challenges? >> i think it's part -- there is a lot of challenges. part of the challenges are around gangs, violence. part of the challenges are around how do we have a city that has justice and fairness and equity for all people. we've had school closures. the cuts that have come down from sacramento have effected everything. city services have been cut. school services have been cut. and so that is really probably the greatest challenge is how do you manage and navigate through those kind of challenges and work together as a community? it forces you to partner with one another. >> you can't do it
