this is looking in sunol and you could see that everything is just brown and crunchy out ther so a little spark could spread quickly as we go throughout the day. let's talk about the red flag warning. the first one start ating noon for much of the north bay until 4:00 in the afternoon. in the mountains we could see in our higher eva pea gusts up to 60 miles per hour. in the valleys and coast, winds more up to about 35 miles per hour. for the east bay, we'll also see this red flag warning for 3:00 and continuing through 4:00 tomorrow afternoon and we'll see our winds here gusting up to about 35 for the santa cruz mountains, the winds increasing later this evening. red flag warning goes into effect starting at 7:00 p.m. and we could see gusts up to about 35 miles per hour. we're talking about it is already warming up for the inland areas but we're still in the upper 60s in san francisco. in oakland it is 71. and 80 already in concord. so we're a few degrees above where we were yesterday at this time and the rest of our temperatures for today will reach into the mid-80s by 2:00. some upper 8

this is a live look at our sunol camera and we have breezy winds and without a significant rain recently. as we look at san jose. people just going about business as usual as we get ready for the possibility that we could be without power in a large part of our area. temperature wise it is not that warm. we've seen temperatures in the mid-60s, we're until the upper 60s in the east bay, nappy at 58 degrees. we had a very chilly start there. so temperatures just now starting to rebound. we're at 63 right now in oakland. our wind forecast shows that as we go hour-by-hour we do expect winds to increase into the rest of the day. mostly at about 15 to 20 miles per hour in the valleys but the mountain peaks is where the winds will be higher so that is what we're seeing now looking at our higher elevations, mt. diablo so far a high wind gust of 45 miles per hour and just to the east of ukiah in cow mountain a wind peak of 31 miles per hour and altamont at 26 this morning and east of morgan hill at 23 and half moon bay at 22. so we're just now starting to see things getting started here and then

look at sunol, 70. 50s around the santa clara, campbell, saratoga and cupertino.most of the temperatures, near 90.6:32 am. sal is here. the bay bridge? >>> bay bridge and richmond bridge. the bridges at this time start getting crowded. we start with the richmond bridge. we will talk about the bay bridge because that is the workhorse of the bay area. richmond bridge, we do have slowing coming up trying to get over to marin county. nothing out of the ordinary but there is slow traffic care. also as you look at the commute on 24, it is getting more crowded in lafayette and in orinda as you drive to the tunnel. all within the realm of normal. westbound 80 from the carquinez bridge to the macarthur maze is a 30 minute drive and on the san mateo bridge, traffic is going to be busy. at the bay bridge, we've had a backup since just after 5 am. but we have not had any incidents on the bridge unlike yesterday. today, i think if things keep going this way come expecting normal commute. >>> thousands of pg&e customers are still waiting for pg&e to tell us if there will be pub
