let's remember the susan powell case.l case, cps actually allowed visits of those two children even though the husband was, obviously, the suspect in the disappearance and/or probable murder of the mother. and now those two children are dead, and the father committed suicide. so cps did not do this to my knowledge in this circumstance ever that i've read about or personally was involved with, so i think it's rare, but i think it is a safety precaution that they are not going to allow as the heat is going to be turned up somewhat, i believe, for those children to have access to their father or their father have access to them. megyn: mark, when you hear, you know, as a layperson when you hear the father making that emotional plea, you know, you want to believe him. it sounds real to those of us, you know, without any formal training in this law enforcement. how do you assess something like that? >> to be really truthful, megyn, i'm not affected by the emotion of people that are involved in these cases. i mean, if it's genu
