oh my gosh suzie has done such an amazing job in all of her volunteers.it creates the classic tale and in the grand foyer where we are right now santa and his reindeer fly through the air. i'm amazed that they are made from papier-mÂchÉ. it's just so cool and it's like they are leaping from the storybook pages. i don't know how you feel but i feel it's just breathtaking. [applause] thank you. the holidays offer a time for reflection and a break from our hurried lives. it's a season to be fully present with our friends and our families. it's also a season of gratitude and i want to take a moment to thank you, the hundreds of volunteer decorators and designers. you have traveled from near and far to bring the spirit and the cheer of the holiday season to life. without your hard work and painstaking attention to detail, none of this would be possible. i hope that this experience has been as meaningful for you as it will for the thousands of visitors and we will have over 100,000 which is amazing. everyone is going to enjoy your craftsmanship as they walked t

understand the hypothetical, no one knows who the jurors are, no one can link those names, john smith and suzy jones to those addresses. that's different from capital city -- >> if they were public, if they were public because they weren't sequestered, not yet public. nobody has published that, nobody has put it out. if you have a little bit of information about a person, you can find out a lot. but can the judge say, fine, these people can live in public but can't be posted for millions of people by someone who is -- it's not a heckler's veto really. it's a cheerleading squad that is going to come out and amplify or act on and perhaps overreact. >> i think the case would have to be assessed -- >> -- >> -- we contend protecting the anonymity of jurors is an alternative measure that should have been considered and wasn't. i don't foresee any challenge to it because we would view that as a less restrictive -- >> i'm not trying to manage this case which the district judge we all know is able to do. i'm asking about, again, the hypothetical is to probe the nature of your position. it is revealing

my name is suzy, a lifelong resident of the bay area. i raised my kids in san francisco and work in san francisco. i'm a second generation irish american. i come to speak about the symbol of our cultural heritage. the center is more then a building, it is living legacy intertwining past and present with the irish american community. my family story began with immigrant dream. my grandparents helen and jim fitzpatrick immigrated from ireland. they were charter members of the current center where they found piece of ireland for themselves and many do today. as was their vision, the center is beacon of hope and cultural home in a new land. my husband immigrated from island in the 90's. the center was a place to meet people, look for work and build his community of family and friends. i have fond memories going to the center for dinners concert and cultural events. my children had the same experience even competing in irish dance competitions. the cultural center has been a sanctuary during war and peace and stands not just for irish america
