we are live along the swannanoa river in biltmore village. we are starting to see conditions improve after flooding closed several roads here bordering the swannanoa river. we have actually seen the water level begin to drop within the past couple hours. as you can see also traffic beginning to flow this morning. everyone making it where they need to go, using alternate route because swannanoa river road does remain closed due to high water and debris. we saw heavy rain, winds overnight across western north carolina. but we have video to show you from the conditions overnight. emergency officials have been out all night responding to calls. this morning several roads bordering the swannanoa river are closed and the asheville fire department even rescued two people from a vehicle carried away by flood waters on that road. >> if you see standing water, do not drive through it. just because there's not a barricade, that doesn't give you the right to drive through it. they are still very dangerous. when flooding occurs it happens quickly. >> anot

jay, someone dropped them off actually at the buncombe county sheriff offense office substation in swannanoa. authorities have not yet confirmed exactly who that was that dropped them off, but the boys were found unharmed yesterday. now, one local woman was actually taken into custody yesterday. her name is tryna weaver and she is expected in court here in asheville. she which is charged with misdemeanor child abuse. three other suspects, that tasha cantrell, tradewick aiken and christopher carter are sitting in a georgia jail charged with kidnapping the two boys in asheville early yesterday morning. agencies from several states worked to locate these boys after an amber alert was also issued yesterday. these suspects are related to the kids. the only tie to the children is that aiken was actuallyy an exboyfriend of their mother. so, the boys are ages 1 and 3 and now in dsss custody and we are expected to learn more from investigators today. as far as the circumstances surrounding this kidnapping case and we are also told that the three suspects in georgia could be extradited to north caroli
