the air-quality is awful and especially up toward tahoe and truckee in the visibility at the tahoe airport is 1 3/4 mile . that smoke drifting over the sierra, reno, tahoe and truckee. it is unhealthy air quality with humidity low. the fire is creating its own weather parameter and 48,000 acres have been burned with 29 structures destroyed and 1500 structures in the line of being damaged or destroyed. we have a good fog bank with tropical clouds inching closer but backing off completely as this pattern changes with the pacific northwest pattern ushered in that is cooler. the fog is trying and you can see a dip in the jet stream ushering in a cooler pattern, and palo alto at 55 and berkeley at 56. american canyon at 57, 60s for pittsburgh mac and brentwood and 54 in moraga with blackhawk at 53. west southwest and vacaville and fairfield stronger than yesterday with cooler temperatures and cloud cover but not is active down toward arizona, southern california and las vegas which had a lot of thunderstorm activity yesterday. for us 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s which is typical this time of the year.

and into lake tahoe, south lake tahoe reporting a mile and 3/4 visibility in smoke, 70,000 plus ache% con -- contain. a little good news there, the temperatures are cool into the 50s. they're beginning to warm up and certainly looks like 90s are on the way again today with very low humidity. no help from nature as far as any cloud cover. it was close yesterday but not today. outside the perimeter of the fire, there's not a lot of breeze inside. there's a tremendous fire which creates its own weather. for us right about there, and that pulls off, on the coast and the northern part of the coast, that's fog-free there. south of that it is sold out as sal would say and there's a lot of low clouds, it is a weak system brushing us. that's all it takes this time of year. 51 san francisco, and they're cold here, and they're pretty warm down in southern california the blue is 50s, the transition phase is right about santa barbara and it goes from 58 and all the sudden, 66. santa manuka 71. that's warm down south, and it is cold up here. it has been cold for a while. 50s for some and upper 60s
