it was 40 units and so i put together some tay and lgbtq data. i do want to acknowledge that it is very difficult to track the lgbtq community, for us. and most data bases do not ask sexual preference or the data incomplete or in correct. and according to the case management data base, which was specifically on the data around the homeless adult and youth, does not ask about the sexual preference and neither does the life long clinical records. and so, transgender if, and it is track and some data bases if not all of them. and so, if you are ready, now with the information and to join us about the homeless count and so, there are over 25 percent, were found to be transitional aged youth and as the lgbtq data that they have, was 26 percent, plus, we and 29 percent, together. and in areas which as the hiv, services and the youth in san francisco. and we share, 1.7 percent, case, and we share a total of 74 percent of the lgbtq clients. in the data base we have 6.2 percent, that are homeless, and the don't track the lgbtq sexual preference and we do

some of the others, are actions specifically for tay parents and families. and this is one of the gaps that we have seen in the city is not enough for the parents. and then transition planning and support as they are exiting and finishing completing some of these programs, and so that they can be self-sufficient and be able to be independent after the program. and some of the others, are more comprehensive homeless count, and that accounts for marginally housed youth and couch surfers which i know that you spoke to and there has been a huge step up this year. but there is still more that can be done to capture some of those young people that don't identify as homeless or if you asked them may never say it. due to a lot of stigma and there is a lot of the practices, that can be utilized to strengthen our homeless count. and that is also, i have to say is a thing, because, if we are not capturing like, how many homeless young people we have, right in and we are missing a young amount of young people, then we are not going to come up with the right solutions an

so, that will be the baseline for tay. and then the sixth point is an increase in funding. originally the fund was increased from 3 cents, $100 of assessed property to 5 cents. after conifertion with colleagues and community stakeholders, supervisor avalos and the community are proposing a four-year phase in to 4 cents for $100 of assessed property tax. we believe this will give the oversight committee and dcyf time to develop [speaker not understood] before a full 4 cents would apply. during the first four years of ramp up, three years of ramp up it would allow the agency to address chronic unmet needs in neighborhoods to address tay needs. the phase-in shall be 25 cents each year beginning fiscal year 15-16 at 3.25 cents culminating in 4 cents in fiscal year 18-19. therefore, the full 4 cents would be funded in alignment with dcyf's first five-year cycle in fiscal year 18-19. finally, i just want to take this opportunity to once again thank my colleagues in the case of these amendments and all the work that's been done. supervisor avalos and his incredible staff, raquel r
