and tampa bay may get more jobs out of this. the selmon expressway is one of just a handful of places in the country certified as a test site for driverless cars. live in south tampa, grayson the widow of the man who was shot and killed inside a wesley chapel movie theater is moving forward with a new lawsuit. two years ago, police say curtis reeves shot and killed chad oulson during an argument over texting. nicole oulson is suing cobb theatres and a theater employee claiming they didn't enforce the company's prohibition on weapons. the suit alleges that as a direct result of the defendant's negligence, oulson also suffered permanent physical, psychological and economic damage. she is seeking damages in excess of 15 thousand dollars and a trial by jury. governor rick scott is kicking off his "million miles for a million jobs" tour today. and he'll be making a stop in tampa at u-s-a-a at 1 p-m. during his state of the state address on tuesday, governor scott urged lawmakers to cut one billion dollars in taxes. he also called for

((more)) 3 and this case... which has already dragged on for *decades... got one last delay. the state four *hours, for the supreme court to reject oscar ray bolin's final appeal. 3 bolin was finally pronounced dead at 10:16 last night... fox 13's lloyd sowers was one of the witneses. he says bolin died ten *minutes after the lethal drugs were first injected. he said there was little emotion from the family of bolin's victims... no smiles, no tears. bolin was convicted of killing *three bay area women, back in the 19-80s. he had ten trials... and spent two decades on death row. kathleen reeves, the mother of one of his victims, spoke after the execution. she talked about the closure 3 bolin never admitted to *any of the killings he was convicted of... even

driverless cars will be on our roads in tampa bay in a few years, not a few decades. so 10 news reporter grayson kamm is looking at how that huge change could transform your city and improve your life. he's live this morning in south tampa. grayson, you talked one-on-one with the top transportation planner in the bay area about this. and he blew me away with some of the things he said are natural next steps as driverless cars hit the road. paul steinman is the district secretary, the leader for the florida department of transportation in tampa bay. his job is to think big, and think into the future. because of that, your driveway could disappear, and so could parking lots and garages. freight and packages could all making roads much less crowded for you. and as driverless cars become more common, crashes and deaths should become more rare. steinman says
